DataMesh in the world of Legacy

Data Mesh is rapidly gaining traction as a modern way to unlock value from the vast data assets usually held by companies.

Often though, even when attacking the world of data with a Data Mesh approach, we have to face the legacy challenge: how to extract, make sense and exploit data which are held by 20-30 years old systems in a way that is effective, low risk and fit for a "real time" world?

In this talk Alessandro Confetti and Enrico Piccinin will talk about a data platform that ThoughtWorks has built and brought to production that allows to create Data Products out of legacy systems in a Data Mesh way.
